Cooking Demonstration - Spring into Flavor: Vibrant Vegetarian Appetizers In-Person
Chef Rosie, and team, will be demonstrating how to make some of her favorite vegetable-focused appetizer recipes for hosting in the Spring, starting with a stunning Loaded Hummus Platter. Simple to prepare, loaded with veggies and vibrant in color, this dish doubles as eye-catching table decor and takes only minutes to prepare.
We’ll also show participants how to prepare Caramelized Onion, Asparagus & Goat Cheese Bites. Flaky puff pastry topped with sweet caramelized onion, bright asparagus and creamy goat cheese, these are a savory baked treat sure to please the palate.
We will finish our session by demonstrating a Stuffed Mushroom. Button mushrooms filled with fresh herbs from the garden, breadcrumbs, cheese and then baked until golden, these little fungi are a 2-bite delight.
As always, we’ll be showcasing a signature beverage that complements the class dishes!
