Thank you for your interest in reserving a study or meeting room at Southlake Library. Please note that our rooms are available exclusively to:

• Southlake Library cardholders
• Southlake residents

Terms & Conditions

• If you are more than 15 minutes late to your reservation, the room will become available for others to book.
• Only one reservation is allowed per day, with a maximum duration of 2 hours.
• Please check in with the Reference Desk for confirmation upon arrival and if you wish to extend your use of the room beyond the 2-hour limit.
