Thank you for your interest in reserving a study or meeting room at Southlake Library. Please note that our rooms are available exclusively to:

• Southlake Library cardholders
• Southlake residents

• Local non-profit organizations

Terms & Conditions

• If you are more than 15 minutes late to your reservation, the room will become available for others to book.
• You may continue using the study or meeting room beyond the guaranteed 2-hour limit, provided there are no other reservations.
• Please check in with the Reference Desk for confirmation upon arrival and if you wish to extend your use of the room beyond the 2-hour limit.
